My first visit to sacred places, connected with the life and work of Bahá’u’lláh has been 40 years ago. Words cannot describe the inspiration of Bahá’í-Pilgrimage.
This prayer by Bahá’u’lláh is chanted by Irandocht Fosi Enayati and accompanied by the group Naghmeha: Thy name is my healing, O my God, and remembrance of Thee is my remedy. Nearness to Thee is my hope, and love for Thee is my companion. Thy mercy to me is my healing and my succor in both this world and the world to come. Thou, verily, art the All-Bountiful, the […]
„O SON OF THE WONDROUS VISION! I have breathed within thee a breath of My own Spirit, that thou mayest be My lover. Why hast thou forsaken Me and sought a beloved other than Me?“ This Aphorism of Bahá’u’lláh reminds me of the Genesis 2,7. where it is said, that the Lord God breathed into our […]

This piece is an unending melody over an ostinato, which you see in the first two bars. The audio is a preliminary version and I know there is still a lot of work to be done. At least you get a glimpse, how it sounds. I like this tune and I hope I can record […]
This tune is an improvisation, dedicated to Pia and Niuscha. It is part of a series of musical moments, dedicated to friends and family.
This prayer is sung by Djamschid Solouk-Saran and I composed the music in 1981 and recorded for a compilation of pieces by several Bahá’í-musicians. This project was produced by Petra Held and Amelie Dziemba on the occasion of the historical visit ‘Abdu’l-Bahás in 1913 to Stuttgart. (photo: Esslingen, a children’s feast)
A booklet of poems by Adelbert Mühlschlegel was presented to me in 1978. The album: Im Herzen glüht es was released in 2010, featuring Djamschid Solouk-Saran, voice; Oliver Rehmann, drums and Konstantin Wienstroer, double bass. Bidjan Sobhani found sponsors for the project, Pia Held designed the cover-art. The album was recorded at topaz-studio in cologne. […]

Even in the physical world, every star is a sun, every galaxy has an unimaginable number of suns, and there is an unimaginable number of galaxies. […]
The Poems of the Passing, written shortly after the passing of the Guardian of the Bahá’í Faith, Shoghi Effendi Rabbani, have been published in 1996. In 1937 Shoghi Effendi married Mary Sutherland Maxwell, who from that time on was known as Ruhiyyih Rabbani. After his passing, on 4th November 1957, Ruhiyyih Rabbani followed his advice […]
